Hirving Lozano has admitted that "it would be a dream" to join Barcelona, as the PSV Eindhoven attacker prepares for Tuesday night's trip to Camp Nou.
The Mexico international caught the eye during the World Cup in Russia, particularly with his matchwinning display against Germany in the group stage.
Lozano has also impressed at club level, playing a key part in PSV's latest Eredivisie title success last season, all of which has seen him touted as a target for Barcelona.
Speaking on the eve of the Champions League Group B clash in Catalonia, the 23-year-old confirmed that Barca are among the sides to have made contact with him.
"I did well at the World Cup, which meant a lot of teams came to see me, which was nice," he told reporters. "My agent told me there was interest from Barca. It would be a dream to come to this club.
"But right now I am focused on PSV and enjoying my football. When I was little I had a Barcelona poster in my room. It's an important game for me and I want to take advantage of it."
Lozano already has six goals for the Red and Whites in all competitions this season, including a brace in the 7-0 thrashing of ADO Den Haag last time out.
