Barcelona have announced that Seydou Keita will leave the club this summer.
Despite having two years left on his contract, the Mali international has a clause in his terms which would allow him to leave the Nou Camp if he failed to play at least half of the club's matches last season.
The 32-year-old is now expected to sign for Chinese side Dalian Aerbin.
"Seydou Keita announced tonight that he will not continue at the club next season," read Barca statement.
"Barcelona would like to thank Seydou Keita for his role at the club in the last years and wish him new professional and personal successes in the future."
Keita, who joined the Blaugrana from Seville in 2008, recently claimed that he would end his career with the Spaniards.
