AC Milan are reportedly set to compete with rivals Inter Milan for the signature of Barcelona midfielder Ivan Rakitic.
The Croatian has fallen down the pecking order at the La Liga giants, with Frenkie de Jong, Arthur, Sergio Busquets and Arturo Vidal all ahead of him at present.
Rakitic has played just 203 minutes of football across all competitions so far this term and Barcelona are keen to move him on.
The Rossoneri are thought to be in the market for an experienced midfielder and the 31-year-old has been identified as a good fit, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.
The two Milan clubs are not the only interested parties, however, as Paris Saint-Germain, Juventus and Manchester United have all been linked with moves for Rakitic.
