Barcelona defender Gerard Pique has hit back at suggestions that the Catalan outfit lack the squad depth to enjoy another successful campaign.
During Luis Enrique's first season in charge last term, Barca picked up all three major trophies.
However, with a transfer ban currently in place until January, new signings Arda Turan and Aleix Vidal will not be able to play a part until the start of 2016.
Pedro's departure has also further hampered Barca's strength in depth, but Pique has refuted claims that his team will struggle in the first half of the season.
"To say there is no depth is to look for something negative in the team. There's more to the world than just losing a game," he told reporters.
"We're a team. With the losses we now have, the team went to a difficult pitch and won. We've won five of the last seven league titles and we're going for the next one."
Pique missed Barca's 1-0 win over Athletic Bilbao in La Liga at the weekend through suspension.
