Sergi Roberto has reportedly held off signing a new long-term deal with Barcelona.
The 22-year-old, who is highly-rated at the Camp Nou, was a regular member of the first-team squad last season.
However, the midfielder's current deal expires next summer, with a number of clubs currently monitoring proceedings.
According to AS, Roberto is currently stalling on penning fresh terms until he learns of his role in Luis Enrique's plans for the new campaign.
Roberto came through the youth system at Barca.
