Barcelona goalkeeper Victor Valdes will reportedly turn down a plea from club president Sandro Rosell to remain at Camp Nou beyond the end of the season.
The Spanish international, whose current deal with the Catalan outfit runs out next summer, is expected to seek pastures new at the end of this campaign.
A number of the 32-year-old's teammates have attempted to talk the keeper into extending his stay, but according to AS, Valdes is not prepared to change his mind.
Thus far there have been no clues as to Valdes's next move, but a number of European clubs are believed to be preparing to make contact in the January transfer window.
