A quickfire double from Queens Park Rangers has put them two up in their Championship game against Barnsley this afternoon.
Dale Jennings fashioned the first real chance of the game when he raced past debutant Coll Donaldson but he could only poke an effort into the side-netting.
Chris O'Grady, who was presented with Barnsley's Player of the Season award prior to the game, then forced a good save from QPR keeper Robert Green on the turn.
With little but pride riding on the game for both teams, chances were at a premium as the first half wore on.
QPR sprung into life just before the break, however, and got two goals in quick succession.
First, Charlie Austin slotted home for his 100th professional goal before the unfortunate Jean-Yves Mvoto put the ball into his own net.
