Blackburn Rovers have come from behind to take a 2-1 lead into the half-time break against Barnsley in their Championship clash at Oakwell this evening.
The away side started brightly as Tom Cairney saw his shot pushed away for a corner by Luke Steele inside the first five minutes.
Nick Proschwitz then missed a good opportunity to open the scoring on his Barnsley debut, but the German shot straight at Paul Robinson when one-on-one.
He didn't have to wait long to open his account, though, as he volleyed home Dale Jennings's cross just before the half-hour mark.
However, the lead lasted just seven minutes as Cairney sent a dipping 25-yard strike over the head of Steele to level the score.
A minute before the break, Rudy Gestede put the visitors ahead with a simple finish after good work by David Dunn.
