Veteran goalkeeper Mike Pollitt has said that he is delighted with the outcome of Barnsley's 2-1 victory over Huddersfield Town at Oakwell.
The 41-year-old keeper, on a 28-day loan deal from Wigan Athletic, found himself with a place in Barnsley's starting XI this afternoon.
"Everybody's delighted," said Pollitt following his side's victory.
"We've been training towards this game. It's nice to get the three points. The lads were superb."
The win is Barnsley's first this season leaving them in 20th position in the Championship on four points.
