Barnsley defender Martin Cranie could reportedly become a target for a number of clubs during the summer transfer window.
Cranie was part of the Barnsley side that suffered relegation to League One last season, but his performances for the Tykes have not gone unnoticed by teams in the second tier of English football.
According to Sky Sports News, several Championship sides are interested in signing the 27-year-old, who only has 12 months remaining on his existing deal.
The Tykes could attempt to tie Cranie down to a new contract, but it is expected that the former England Under-21 international will be keen to play above League One.
