Egyptian striker Mido has reportedly agreed terms with Barnsley over a move to Oakwell.
The Tykes are believed to have been in discussions with the former Tottenham Hotspur and Middlesbrough player for the last few days.
Those talks have been successful and the 29-year-old will officially be unveiled as a Barnsley player on Monday, subject to a medical examination, according to Sky Sport News.
The centre-forward has been a free agent since leaving Zamalek earlier this year.
