Lille scored twice in the last five minutes to register a 2-1 win over Bastia in Ligue 1 this afternoon.
There were few chances for either side in the first half, with Dimitri Payet seeing two shots saved.
However, the home team made a strong start to the second period, as Wahbi Khazri struck the ball from just outside the penalty area, finding the top corner of the net to break the deadlock.
Anthony Modeste almost doubled the advantage five minutes later, but Steeve Elana was able to make the save.
It looked like one goal would be enough for Bastia, but the visitors won a corner in the 85th minute, which was initially cleared, but Lucas Digne smashed the ball in from the edge of the penalty area to level the scores.
The equaliser gave Lille a boost as Aurelien Chejou and Payet looked to fire in a winner, before Marko Basa took a strike from close range to seal the victory.
The result moves Lille up to fourth in the Ligue 1 table, while Bastia remain 12th.
