Bayer Leverkusen are reportedly weighing up a summer approach for Borussia Dortmund's Mario Gotze.
As it stands, the 27-year-old will be a free agent following the completion of the 2019-20 campaign.
The German has not yet penned an extension to his current deal, meaning that he will be available on a free transfer at the end of June should the situation remain unchanged.
According to Sport 1, Leverkusen are considering offering the attacker the chance to remain in the Bundesliga, although Inter Milan are also said to be weighing up a move.
Gotze has found it difficult to secure regular action during the 2019-20 season; he has still appeared on 19 occasions for Lucien Favre's side, though, contributing three goals and one assist in the process.
Arsenal and Everton have also both been credited with an interest in the 2014 World Cup winner.
