For Arsenal to advance through to the quarter-finals of this season's Champions League on Wednesday night, they will have to succeed in doing what only two other clubs have managed to do in the history of the competition.
Ajax and Inter Milan are the only teams to overturn defeats at home in the first leg - and they both lost 1-0. Arsene Wenger's side will have to go much better because they were heavily beaten 3-1 by their German counterparts last month.
The Gunners may be able to take some confidence from the fact that Inter's triumph in coming back from an opening leg home loss was actually against Bayern back in 2011. Bayern won in the San Siro 1-0, but were knocked out after the Italians came through 3-2 in the Allianz Arena.
What's more, hosting Bayern also have some selection issues for the visit of the Londoners. Winger Franck Ribery has been ruled out with an ankle injury, while Bastian Schweinsteiger and Jerome Boateng are both suspended. Arjen Robben may also be forced to miss out with a muscular complaint.
Arsenal also have injury concerns of their own, with Lukas Podolski and Bacary Sagna both thought to be struggling with minor complaints.
The last time these two clubs met in Germany, Bayern ran out 3-1 winners back in 2005.
