Sports Mole looks at the latest rumours and done deals from the Bundesliga.

There is now less than a month until the new Bundesliga season gets underway, which means clubs up and down the country are busy putting deals in place to strengthen their squads for the new term.

Here, Sports Mole looks at the latest happenings from the German top flight.

Bayer Leverkusen

Christoph Kramer, who was an unlikely starter in the World Cup final in place of Sami Khedira, is definitely not for sale this summer, Bayer have confirmed amid rumoured interest from Napoli.

There has been interest reported in the press from both Bayer and Bayern Munich in Fiorentina attacking full-back Juan Cuadrado.

Bayern Munich

There has been no end to the speculation linking Xherdan Shaqiri with a move away from Bayern, with Liverpool and Juventus strongly linked, but the player himself has finally said that he intends to see out his contract.

Cuadrado has been attracting interest from Bayern, but the Bavarian side are thought to have ended their interest upon finding out that Fiorentina want £30m for the Colombian.

The club have also made enquiries about Borussia Dortmund winger Marco Reus, and although a deal looks unlikely to happen this summer the player is believed to be keen to move next year.

Borussia Dortmund

Although head coach Jurgen Klopp has stoutly denied that centre-back Mats Hummels will join Manchester United this summer, reports have claimed that a fee of £16m has been agreed between the clubs.

With interest too from Bayern in attacking midfielder Reus, the club face a test to keep hold of their best players, although a Reus move to Bayern could happen next summer.

Borussia Monchengladbach

The main talking point from Gladbach this week has been the pursuit of Jordan Ayew from Marseille. An actual transfer looks some way off, but there are reports that the German side will open with a £2.5m bid.

Eintracht Frankfurt

The club's busy summer so far has continued this week as they completed the loan deal of Lucas Piazon from Chelsea for the season. Piazon is their fourth player in so far in the transfer window.

The hunt for another striker continues, however, with Hugo Almeida the latest name linked with a switch back to Germany having previously played for Werder Bremen.

FC Koln

Adil Chihi, recently released by the Bundesliga newcomers, agreed a deal this week to join English Championship side Fulham.

Hamburger SV

The club were thought to be looking at signing Roberto Pereyra on loan from Udinese before the forward joined Juventus.

There has also been talk in the week of a return to the Premier League and Harry Redknapp for Rafael van der Vaart as Queens Park Rangers supposedly express interest in him.

Hannover

Hiroshi Kiyotake left his options open after being relegated with Nuremberg and was the last of their big-name players to leave the club. Kiyotake yesterday agreed a deal to join Hannover despite interest from the likes of Aston Villa.

They also announced another deal in a busy week, with Turkish player Ceyhun Gulselam joining the club from Galatasaray.

Hertha Berlin

Ben Sahar, once of Chelsea, left Hertha this week to join Willem II after a successful loan spell in the 2. Bundesliga with Arminia Bielefeld.

Hoffenheim

Premier League side Arsenal are looking to continue their busy summer and have reportedly made an £8m bid for Hoffenheim attacking midfielder Roberto Firmino, just days after he signed a new deal

Mainz 05

Promising Serbian forward Filip Djuricic has this week agreed terms on a one-year loan deal to play for Mainz from parent club Benfica of Portugal.

Schalke 04

Reports in the press have claimed that an unnamed club are close to agreeing a fee with Schalke for star striker Klaas-Jan Huntelaar, with £15m being touted.

Stuttgart

The head coach Armin Veh has declared that they will not be selling striker Vedad Ibisevic this summer, while he is also looking to keep hold of defender Antonio Rudiger.

Werder Bremen

Werder could be in hot water over the recent transfer of Izet Hajrovic, as FIFA have confirmed that they will look into the legality of the deal on August 17.

The younger brother of Toni Kroos, Felix Kroos, has this week extended his contract at Bremen.

Wolfsburg

Sought-after young attacking midfielder Maximilian Arnold has ruled out the possibility of a move to Arsenal this summer, until he has gained more experience.

Ricardo Rodriguez, who has been linked to both Manchester United and Liverpool this summer, has also denied that he will leave the club.
