Bayern Munich are reportedly nearing a deal that will bring James Rodriguez to the club on a permanent basis.
The Real Madrid forward is on loan with the German giants and, according to The Sun, they will have the chance to secure his services full time for the bargain fee of £37m.
Bayern have already handed over £11.4m as part of James's two-year loan deal and are said to be keen to keep him in Bavarian.
James, who found first-team football hard to come by at Real, has impressed in the Bundesliga, scoring five goals and providing nine assists this term.
Previous reports have suggested that Bayern could face competition for James's signature from Manchester United.
