Rangers have completed the signing of Malik Tillman from Bayern Munich on a season-long loan deal.
The Scottish giants also have an exclusive option to buy the 20-year-old attacking midfielder in the summer of 2023, subject to international clearance.
Tillman has become Giovanni van Bronckhorst's fifth signing of the summer window after John Souttar, Antonio Colak, Tom Lawrence and Rabbi Matondo.
Speaking to the club's official website on his arrival at Ibrox, Tillman said: "I am really excited to sign for Rangers and I'm looking forward to getting started.
"It is a new challenge for me at a huge club with fantastic supporters and I can't wait for the season ahead."
Van Bronckhorst added: "I am very pleased to welcome Malik to our squad ahead of the 2022/23 season.
"He is an exciting young talent who will further add to our attacking options and myself and the coaching staff are looking forward to working with him."
Tillman joined Bayern's academy in 2015 and has represented the German giants at every youth level up to the Under-21s, before breaking into Julian Nagelsmann's first team last season.
The attacking midfielder has recorded 39 goals and 25 assists in 102 youth appearances across all competitions, including eight goals contributions in 15 games in the 2021-22 campaign.
Tillman scored on his senior debut for Bayern as a substitute in their emphatic 12-0 DFB-Pokal victory over Bremer SV, while he also featured four times in the Bundesliga and twice in the Champions League, including a 13-minute cameo against Barcelona.
Tillman, who was born in Nuremberg, has represented both Germany and the USA at youth level, before committing his international future to the Stars and Stripes last month, making his debut in a friendly against Morocco.
Van Bronckhorst could hand the attacking midfielder his competitive debut for Rangers in their opening Scottish Premiership game of the 2022-23 campaign away against Livingston on July 30. body check tags ::
