Bayern Munich chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has admitted that it is unlikely that the club will make many signings in the summer transfer window.
Although Pep Guardiola is taking over coaching the side at the end of the season, Rummenigge has suggested that quality over quantity is the correct way for the German champions to go.
"If you take a look at Franck Ribery, Arjen Robben, Manuel Neuer and Javi Martinez, all of them have upped our quality," he told Bild.
"These top-quality players do not need any time to adjust.
"I feel this will be our transfer policy of the future. I am unable to imagine that we could sign five or six new players this summer."
Bayern have been drawn against Barcelona in the semi-finals of the Champions League.
