Benfica defender Ezequiel Garay has insisted that his side cannot be faulted for their efforts during their Europa League final defeat to Sevilla.
The Portuguese giants lost the match on penalties following a goalless draw after extra time, but the Argentine is adamant that his team will bounce back next season.
"It is not easy when you lose and even more so when we gave everything that we could," Garay told SIC.
"From tomorrow we have to think of next season to show how strong we are on the field, as we always have. Let us rise up and show that."
The Spaniards saw off their Portuguese opponents 4-2 on penalties after Benfica's Oscar Cardoza and Rodrigo missed from 12 yards.
