Villarreal attacker Nahuel Leiva has joined Real Betis on a two-year loan deal.
According to Betis's official website, there is a compulsory purchase option on the 19-year-old if he plays in 25 or more matches during the 2016-17 campaign.
The teenager joined the Yellow Submarine in 2011 and has made 25 La Liga appearances for the Spanish club, but has not yet found the back of the net in Spain's top flight.
"Nahuel will be presented tomorrow Friday 17 at noon in the press room at Benito Villamarin Stadium," read part of a statement on Betis's website.
Villarreal have retained a buy-back clause on the attacker.
