The Football Association has fined both Birmingham City and Sheffield Wednesday over their players' conduct earlier this month.
In a statement, the FA said that Birmingham had been fined £8,500 and Wednesday £10,000 and that both clubs had been "warned as to their future conduct".
Both clubs admitted rule breaches after players failed to "conduct themselves in an orderly fashion" in the dying stages of the Championship match at St Andrew's on February 6.
The match was a contest between two of the division's playoff hopefuls and finished 2-1 in Wednesday's favour thanks to a late Gary Hooper double.
