Birmingham City have continue their preparations for the new season by easing to a 3-0 victory over Nuneaton Town.
The visitors were on top from the first whistle, but they wasted a good early chance when Lee Novak headed wide of the post from close range.
Nuneaton attempted to cause problems on the break but they struggled to prevent the Championship side from dominating, and the lead belonged to the visitors when Novak tapped home after a Wes Thomas strike had been blocked.
Gary Rowett's side continued to dictate the tempo of the match, with Demarai Gray looking lively in attack on the day when it was confirmed that he had signed a contract extension with the club, but the Nuneaton defence battled impressively.
It was a similar pattern early in the second half as Birmingham struggled to break down a stubborn home defence and Nuneaton goalkeeper Elliot Taylor was in fine form as he rushed off his line to deny Clayton Donaldson.
The lead was finally doubled 20 minutes from time when David Cotterill's inviting corner was turned home by Andrew Shinnie at the near post.
Birmingham wrapped up the victory three minutes later as David Davis completed a fine move by collecting the ball before curling home from the edge of the box.
