Birmingham City goalkeeper Jack Butland has reportedly rejected the chance to speak to Chelsea regarding a move to Stamford Bridge.
The West London outfit are believed to have lodged a £3.5m bid, which was accepted by the Championship outfit, for the 19-year-old.
Despite reportedly being given permission to speak to the Champions League winners, Butland has decided to turn down their advances due to the unlikelihood of receiving regular first-team football, according to BBC Sport.
Other Premier League clubs, including Arsenal and Liverpool, have been linked with the shot-stopper.
