Blackburn Rovers boss Michael Appleton admits that he was bemused by his side's defending in their 3-0 defeat to Leicester City.
Strikes from Chris Wood, Harry Kane and Andy King secured a home win for the Foxes which dented Rovers' playoff ambitions.
"It wasn't great," Appleton told the club's official website. "Leicester played ever so well on the evening, they made us work very hard right from the start.
"But the most disappointing thing is the manner of the goals, to concede from two set-plays and a cross, to give free headers in our own six-yard box is very unlike us."
Following the defeat Blackburn are 11th in the Championship, seven points adrift of the playoff places.
