Steve Kean has insisted that he will be in charge of Blackburn Rovers for their crunch match with Bolton tomorrow (Tuesday).
Speculation over Kean's future at the club has increased following their home defeat to West Bromwich Albion on Saturday which left them 19th in the Premier League.
"Yes, I do think I'll be here for Tuesday's game. I consider myself a fighter," Kean said.
"There have always been reassurances from the owners. I have not heard anything to the contrary.
"We want to win, especially at home and we haven't against West Brom so it makes Tuesday's game massive, if it wasn't already."
Rovers face Liverpool and Manchester United over the Christmas period.
