Blackburn Rovers will make a final £6m bid for Huddersfield Town striker Jordan Rhodes this week, according to reports.
The deal will see Rovers offer £4m upfront for the 22-year-old, with a £2m bonus should they get promoted at the first attempt, according to the Sunday Mirror.
Huddersfield have previously turned down a £2m bid from Fulham for the Scottish international, but Blackburn boss Steve Kean is confident that his proposal will be enough to seal Rhodes' signature.
Rhodes scored 48 goals for The Terriers last season.
