The agent of Blackburn Rovers defender Martin Olsson has confirmed that the Swedish international has handed in a transfer request at Ewood Park.
The left-sided player, who played for Sweden at Euro 2012, has three years left on his contract at Blackburn, but his agent has revealed his desire to leave the club.
He told Fotbollskanalen.se: "It is correct that Martin has handed in a transfer request. He does not want to play in the Championship."
Olsson has been linked with a move to Stoke City.
