Blackpool manager Lee Clark has likened the club's plight to dying a slow death, after a 3-0 defeat to Charlton Athletic left them 10 points adrift at the bottom of the Championship.
After the game, the Seasiders boss admitted that he wants the season to be over so he can start afresh.
"At the moment it feels like a slow death. You just want the season to end and you can start again. We know what our fate is and we just need to change the mindset," BBC Sport quotes Clark as saying.
"The mentality has to change throughout the whole place. I've been assured that what I'm looking to do will be addressed. Talk is cheap, we have to deliver."
Chris Eagles, Simon Church and Johann Berg Gudmundsson were on target for Charlton during the rout.
