Blackpool manager Ian Holloway has revealed that Southend United midfielder Ryan Hall has trained with the club.
The Championship club almost signed Hall and Queens Park Rangers striker DJ Campbell on transfer deadline day, but Holloway has admitted that it is possible that he could try to sign both players on loan in the near future.
Holloway told BBC Radio Lancashire: "We could do them on loan with a view to any sort of deals.
"They were things that nearly happened and they might happen in the very near future. I've had one of the lads training with us and he did very well.
"It's all about the timing of it. I don't want people coming in and missing the Christmas period or not being able to go through until January."
Blackpool are currently top of the Championship.
