Neither side has broken the deadlock in the first half at Ewood Park as Blackburn Rovers and Bolton Wanderers head into half time level in their Championship clash.
The home side had an early chance to test Ben Amos in the Bolton goal when they were awarded a free kick just outside the box shortly after kickoff, but Shane Duffy could only head over from Thomas Spurr's delivery.
The Trotters twice shouted for a spot kick midway through the first half when Zach Clough and Mark Davies were brought down in the box in separate incidents, but both times the referee ruled that there was no foul.
Jordan Rhodes came close to breaking the deadlock when Craig Conway crossed the ball in to the Scotland international, but his header failed to test Amos.
Rhodes was involved against soon after following a break from Ben Marshall, who crossed it in for the forward, but his headed finish was high.
Bolton tried to get forward again before the interval, with Gary Madine collecting a high ball into the box, but his pass to Wellington went astray, allowing the home side to clear the danger.
