MK Dons and Bolton Wanderers have headed into half time level following a goalless first half at stadium:mk in the Championship.
Bolton made a bright start to the match as Liam Feeney got forward early on, beating a couple of defenders before scuffing his shot straight at the MK Dons keeper.
The hosts were soon putting their opponents under pressure down the other end as a poor goal kick from Ben Amos almost allowed Simon Church in for an easy goal, but the keeper made amends with a stop, before Darren Potter blasted the ball over from 30 yards out.
Bolton also tried their luck from range in a bid to score their first league goal of the season, with Dean Moxey letting a shot fly from 25 yards, but David Martin was on hand to tip it over.
Chances continued to fall at both ends of the pitch, with Josh Vela crossing in for Gary Madine as Bolton chased an opener, before Church missed a couple of opportunities in front of the Trotters' goal, but neither side were able to open the scoring before the half-time whistle.
