Bolton Wanderers manager Dougie Freedman has said that he is comfortable with making big selection calls, having left out captain Zat Knight on Tuesday.
Defender Knight was relegated to the bench for Bolton's 2-2 draw with Derby County, with David Wheater and Matt Mills preferred as Freedman's defensive pairing.
"It really is easy for me. I'm a manager," Freedman told BBC Radio Manchester. "I've got to make big decisions and feel comfortable with them."
"We had enough possession again around their box to win the game and we don't seem to finish teams off. We've got to be winning games like that at home. It's as simple as that."
Bolton are without a league win in the Championship this season and remain bottom of the table despite securing a point against the Rams earlier this week.
