Bolton Wanderers midfielder Fabrice Muamba is in a stable condition in hospital.
The 23-year-old required urgent medical attention during his side's FA Cup tie against Tottenham Hotspur this evening, believed to be suffering with cardiac problems.
Six paramedics and doctors from both clubs treated Muamba on the pitch, before rushing him to London Chest Hospital in Bethnal Green.
After almost an hour and half on from his collapse, a spokesman from the hospital has confirmed that Muamba is now in a stable condition.
Referee Howard Webb took the decision to abandon the tie.
