Bolton Wanderers manager Dougie Freedman has insisted that he did not feel relieved after guiding his side to their first Championship win of the season on Saturday.
The Trotters edged to a 2-1 success at Birmingham City to secure three points at the 11th attempt.
The 39-year-old told BBC Radio Manchester: "It's not a relief, I don't work my life as a relief.
"If we work very hard and stay focused and we do things right, then you'll always get the rewards, that's my philosophy in life."
Bolton's triumph saw them move up to 20th position in the league table.
