Bolton midfielder Lee Chung-Yong has refused to set a date for his return to action after suffering a broken leg this summer.
The South Korea international - who has missed out on the entire season so far – is understood to be on the verge of a return to training, according to the club's doctor. However, Lee insists that he's taking the process one step at a time.
"It has been over five months since I hurt my leg," he told the club's official website. "Everything is progressing well. I hope to be running on the pitch soon but now it's more gym work every day.
"My routine has involved cycling on the bike and work on the weights to build up my strength. I did of lot of running on the anti-gravity machine and I've started to take my first steps on the treadmill.
"I don't like to say when I will be able to be back in full training with the team, I'm just taking things week by week."
Lee arrived at the Reebok Stadium from South Korean club FC Seoul for a fee of £2.2m in 2009.
