Bolton Wanderers manager Neil Lennon has paid tribute to Adam le Fondre after the striker secured a point in Tuesday's 1-1 draw with Charlton Athletic.
Le Fondre scored his seventh goal since arriving at the club on loan from Cardiff City to cancel out Frederic Bulot's opener, and Lennon is pleased with the impact the 28-year-old has made at the Macron Stadium.
"Who knows how many goals 'Alfie' might have got had he been here since the start of the season?" the Bolton boss told reporters.
"He is a goal scorer but he can get better with his link-up play in general. But he has been an important player for us since January."
Bolton return to action with a trip to promotion hopefuls Brentford on Saturday.
