A late Adam Ounas goal has given Bordeaux a narrow 1-0 win against Troyes in Sunday's Ligue 1 clash at the Nouveau Stade Bordeaux.
The visitors were first to probe forward as Benjamin Nivet saw his shot from outside the box charged down.
A lengthy spell of dominance was then to follow for Willy Sagnol's side, with Jaroslav Plasil, Henri Saivet, Lamine Sane and Diego Rolan all weighing in with chances.
Troyes enjoyed the odd foray on goal, but neither side could force the issue until the 78th minute, when Jonathan Pereira's foul on Maxime Poundje gave Bordeaux a free kick, which Ounas lashed past goalkeeper Paul Bernardoni and into the bottom-right corner.
The result sees Bordeaux climb to 13th place in the Ligue 1 table, while Troyes remain rooted to the bottom.
