With the 2022-23 season having been halted due to the September international break, Sports Mole takes a look at how Bournemouth's loan players are performing away from the Vitality Stadium.

Comments from Scott Parker regarding Bournemouth's alleged lack of ambition and activity in the transfer market ultimately led to the Englishman being removed from his position in the dugout.

Despite his exit currently being deemed to be a positive given the impact of caretaker boss Gary O'Neil, Parker will feel that his point was justified.

Bournemouth only made one loan addition after his departure, and the Cherries do not have too many youngsters knocking on the door from the academy setup.

Here, Sports Mole takes a look at how Bournemouth's prospects are faring during their spell away from the Vitality Stadium.

WHICH PLAYERS ARE FINDING IT BENEFICIAL?

Nathan Moriah-Welsh will be relatively content with his game time for Newport County, making four starts and two substitute outings in League Two.

Christian Saydee has been less active at Shrewsbury Town, but the forward still has one goal from one start and two substitute appearances for League One side Shrewsbury Town.

WHICH PLAYERS NEED MORE TIME?

Gavin Kilkenny appeared to be on his way to being a valuable squad member during the early stages of his loan spell at Stoke City.

However, the Republic of Ireland Under-21 international picked up a groin injury in August after he had featured for a combined total of 94 minutes.

One of Parker's last acts was to hand a first Premier League appearance to Owen Bevan during the closing stages of the defeat at Liverpool.

The 18-year-old has since been loaned out to National League side Yeovil Town, where he has made one start for the fifth-tier side.

WHO MAY NEED TO RETURN TO THE VITALITY STADIUM IN JANUARY?

Bournemouth have a number of players who are currently spending time further down the pyramid at the likes of Weymouth, Truro City and Poole Town.

Those include Noa Boutin, Billy Terrell, Marcus Daws and Ferdinand Okoh, and the intention may be to move that quartet to different clubs at the midway point.
