Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe believes that the quality of managers in the Championship is why this season has been highly competitive at the top.
In just his second campaign in the second tier division, Howe is two wins away from guiding the Cherries to the Premier League.
Watford, who currently hold a one-point lead at the top of the table, could reach the top flight with manager Slavisa Jokanovic, who moved to Vicarage Road in October last year.
It is a similar story for contenders Norwich City, whose manager Alex Neil joined them just three months ago, while Middlesbrough's Aitor Karanka has just 17 months of Championship experience under his belt.
"I've always maintained that there are some very, very strong managers and coaches in this division," Howe told Sports Mole. "When I first came into the Championship, a few of those lads have now gone into the Premier League and deservedly so.
"I believe some will from this division again because the standard of football this season has been very good from a lot of the teams. We always say that there's no easy games in the Championship - for me, that's down to the standard of coaching and management that we're up against."
The Cherries will take on Bolton Wanderers at the Goldsands Stadium on Monday evening in their penultimate game of the season.
