Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe wary of "motivated" Bolton Wanderers

Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe tells Sports Mole that he expects to face a "motivated" Bolton Wanderers team on Monday night.

Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe has insisted that he is not taking Monday's visit of Bolton Wanderers lightly, despite being just two wins away from Premier League promotion.

The Cherries, who are unbeaten in their last 12 Championship games, are just one point adrift of leaders Watford, while Bolton reside 33 points below their opponents in 17th.

Despite the gulf between them, Neil Lennon's side have come from behind in their last two league games to claim a point, and Howe is well aware that the Trotters will be heading to the Goldsands Stadium hoping to upset the promotion race.

"We respect every team," Howe told Sports Mole. "We respected Sheffield Wednesday, Reading, Brighton - we prepared as well as we could for those games, so we have not doubt that Bolton will be motivated.

"They will want to do well, they'll want to beat us and they've shown from their recent results that they're not taking their foot off the gas as they come to the tail-end of their season. We know it's going to be difficult."

Bournemouth head into the match next week on the back of a 2-2 draw with Sheffield Wednesday, who scored a late penalty last weekend to deny the Cherries all three points.
