Neymar has revealed his pride after helping Brazil to a 2-1 victory over Peru in their opening Copa America fixture.
The Barcelona forward scored an equaliser shortly after Peru had taken the lead in the fourth minute with a goal from Christian Cueva, and he provided the assist for Douglas Costa in stoppage time as Dunga's side snatched a win in Group C.
"This debut was difficult because of the game, the continental rivalry, and everything," Neymar told Globo. "But we got the win, which was our goal.
"I want to continue reaching records with goals, passes, whatever it may be. It worked, and I almost scored my second goal. I messed up the kick but the next will come."
Neymar is now Brazil's fifth-highest scorer with 44 goals.
