Former Brazil manager Dunga has insisted that Neymar should avoid a move to Europe at this stage of his career.
Neymar has been persistently linked with a string of top European clubs over the past 12 months including Chelsea, Real Madrid, Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain.
Dunga thinks that the Sao Paulo striker should focus on maintaining his impressive form in preparation for the 2014 World Cup.
He said: "He should not play in Europe now, he can take a call after three years. He is currently the best player in Brazil but he needs to gain more experience.
"He is Brazil's best asset to win trophies. If he moves to Europe now, he will have to adapt to a new environment and that could affect his form.
"His target should be to do well in World Cup 2014 and for that it's best if he remains in Brazil."
The Selecao starlet has 25 international caps to his name and over 100 career goals at the tender age of 20.
