Oscar has insisted that he is still confident of starting for Brazil at the World Cup.
There has been speculation that Luiz Felipe Scolari will choose to play Willian ahead of his Chelsea teammate against Croatia in the tournament's opening game next Thursday, but Oscar believes that he is still in pole position to earn a starting spot.
"A friendly or a training session will not see me lose my place in the team," Oscar told ESPN Brasil.
"[The press] are trying to take me out of the team and replace me with Willian. They can keep talking about that, but I'm calm and confident.
"Willian is playing very well, but everyone has his moment."
Brazil recorded a 1-0 victory over Serbia in their final warm-up match on Friday night.
