Brazil legend Ronaldo has selected Germany, Spain, England, France and Argentina as the five favourites for the 2018 World Cup.
Ronaldo won two World Cups with Brazil in 1994 and 2002, in addition to scoring 62 times in 98 appearances for his nation.
The 41-year-old did not select Brazil as one of the main challengers for this summer's tournament in Russia, but the former striker claimed that England have a chance of landing the crown.
"I think Germany are always strong, Spain is strong as well, England, France, Argentina, with [Lionel] Messi, it's always difficult to win the World Cup," Ronaldo told Omnisport. "But we will see a beautiful World Cup. I hope Brazil can win again."
Germany are the current holders of the World Cup having triumphed on Brazilian soil in 2014, and they are the favourites with the bookmakers ahead of Brazil, France and Spain.
