Brazil coach Luis Felipe Scolari has insisted that he will accept nothing but victory at this summer's World Cup as he feels that it is theirs to throw away.
The Selecao are 3-1 favourites with SkyBet to lift the trophy on home soil, and that is reflected in Scolari's confidence in his players to match those expectations.
The 65-year-old has admitted that conditions are in Brazil's favour as they are playing in front of their own fans, and is so positive about his squad that he has claimed that their name is already on the trophy.
"The cup is ours," he told TV Globo. "We have all the conditions to be the champions, in both the football aspect and because it's always good to play at home, it's like having an extra player.
"Nobody accepts second place, so why am I going to talk about being in second place?"
Brazil have been drawn in Group A alongside Croatia, Mexico and Cameroon for the tournament.
