Uwe Rosler has heaped praise on his Brentford players for the way that they performed against European champions Chelsea in the FA Cup earlier today.
The League One outfit were just seven minutes away from pulling off an upset when Fernando Torres struck to secure a 2-2 draw and a replay for Chelsea.
However, rather than being too downbeat about the late equaliser, Rosler has insisted that his squad are fully deserving of a trip to Stamford Bridge.
"In the first half we had some good opportunities on the counter-attack," he told reporters. "It was much harder in the second half and they brought Mata on.
"They had a lot of the play but didn't create many chances, but my players were fantastic and have earned the right to play at Stamford Bridge."
The Bees are currently third in the League One table.
