According to the Daily Mail, Sotona is set to have a medical with Brentford today ahead of a potential move from Nice, with the winger set to join the Premier League outfit on deadline day.

The 19-year-old is expected to join the Bees on loan until the end of the season after he impressed staff during a recent opportunity he had to train with the club.

Sotona had previously been part of Manchester United's academy, and the Red Devils gave a positive reference about him after Brentford enquired for more information.

The Bees will be back in action on February 5 when they face Everton in the FA Cup.
