Brighton & Hove Albion manager Oscar Garcia has revealed that he was pleased with his side's performance and not just the result in their 1-0 win at Birmingham City.
Garcia said that he wants his side to play in a certain way and on Saturday afternoon his plans were put into action perfectly.
"I am a pleased with the win but I am a person who does not look just at the result," Sky Sports News quotes Garcia as saying. "I want to watch the overall performance," said the former Barcelona midfielder.
"We knew that our performances in the other games have been good but we have not been accurate in front of goal.
"At this level the most important thing is the points. We want to build a successful team but it will take time."
Brighton lost their previous two Championship games.
