Championship strugglers Brighton & Hove Albion have reportedly closed in on a loan move for Middlesbrough winger Emmanuel Ledesma.
The 26-year-old has played just once for high-flying Boro in the league this season, but had a loan spell at Rotherham United in November and December where he netted once in seven appearances.
According to the Daily Mail this afternoon, Brighton are keen to add the Argentine to their ranks on a short-term deal as they look to pull away from the bottom three.
Ledesma, whose contract is up in the summer, joined Boro in the summer of 2012, going on to score nine goals in two seasons before his unsuccessful term this year.
