Three Premier League clubs in Brighton & Hove Albion, Sheffield United and Crystal Palace are reportedly keeping a close eye on Wolverhampton Wanderers defender Dion Sanderson.
The 21-year-old is currently plying his trade on loan at League One outfit Sunderland, where he has earned plaudits in the heart of defence after playing the full 90 minutes in their last six league matches - opening the scoring in Saturday's 2-0 win over Rochdale.
Sunderland are supposedly keen to strike a permanent deal for Sanderson this summer, but if Premier League clubs come knocking, the League One side would likely be forced to concede defeat in their pursuit.
The Daily Mail reports that Brighton, Crystal Palace and Sheffield United are all keeping a close eye on the young defender, while Championship sides Bristol City and Huddersfield Town are also interested.
The report adds that Wolves are tipping Sanderson for big things in the future, but given the quality of centre-backs they already have in their ranks at Molineux, Sanderson will be allowed to move on for the right price.
The centre-back has under 18 months left to run on his deal with the West Midlands outfit, where his only appearance so far came in last season's EFL Cup defeat to Aston Villa.
